Now in addition to our regular Olive Garden Soft Bread Sticks with our own special topping, we have Whole Wheat bread sticks from Hillcrest Bakery in downtown Bothell. Come on and give them a try, they are truly delicious!
Our Wheat & Gluten Free Pizzas and Vegan pizzas are attracting people from all over the Eastside and beyond. We see new, happy faces in here every week. When we started with gluten free pizzas in March, 2007 we had no idea if they would sell. Our best estimates were 1 or 2 a month. But much to our surprise, sales have grown steadily until they are now over 20% of our sales. Earlier this week we made our 2000th made-to-order Wheat & Gluten-Free Pizza. Jennifer came in to pick it up and found out since it was number 2000 it was free

Field Roast Vegan Meats are here!
We now have Field Roast Vegan Meats. We are starting off with a few varieties and will go from there. Currently we have Smoked Apple Sage Sausage, Mexican Chipotle Sausage, Smoked Tomato Loaf and Wild Mushroom Loaf. The Smoked Tomato Loaf and Wild Mushroom Loaf will work on Grinders, as well as Pizzas.
Well, we did it. We bought a walk in freezer to replace 3 non-commercial freezers. Once we get it installed, we will have plenty of storage space for expansion of Vegan and Gluten Free products.
Commercial Electricians no longer needed. Hill Electric in Woodinville did a tremendous job wiring up the freezer. Larry’s Refrigeration in Everett came in and got it running - used freezer = a couple of new parts needed.
It is running and now we have enough storage space for expansion.
