May 2008

If you tried to come in May 15th or 16th and found us closed, we had to have our water heater replaced. The Health Department requires that we have a working water heater to remain open. It took a while, but we got a brand new hot water heater installed and are up and running. It didn’t get turned on until 8:30 Friday evening.

We have added Wheat & Gluten Free desserts from Sunny Valley Wheat Free bakery in Maple Valley. We started with a selection of cake and Certified Gluten Free Oatmeal / Raspberry bars. We will be testing some other of their items and may add some small pies and some of their cookies.

We want to thank all you Wheat and Gluten Free folks. You accounted for slightly over 20% of our sales last month. However, we need a few more of you. We are looking at finally breaking even, which we need to keep doing to stay around. This is growing into more than just a business for us . . . we are getting great satisfaction providing you with a service you cannot get elsewhere . . . wheat and gluten free pizzas that you can eat without worries about cross contamination.

What’s New - March 2008

Friday, March 21st, 2008

We have a Lot of New Stuff to tell you about.

On the Gluten Free Front:

We now have 14″ Crusts form Still Riding Pizza.  This is an ultra thin crust and was well received when we sampled it. It may be too thin for use as a take and bake crust.

And we just got in our first case of 14″ Crusts from Haley’s Corner Bakery in Kent. These are sturdier crusts and are suitable for take and bake.

We will be getting locally made thicker 14″ crusts from Haley’s Corner Bakery in Kent within the next few weeks.

We now have Gluten Free Spaghetti and Meatballs.

On the non-Gluten Free Side.

We just started carrying 8″ Whole Wheat Grinder Rolls. Currently, they cost the same as the 12″ White, French Rolls.

We just got in Thousand Island Salad Dressing.
