You mentioned above that Sunny Valley Wheat Free is in Kent when it is actually in Maple Valley, WA.

I wouldn't want anybody to get confused about the location, because if you are in need of the best gluten-free products available anywhere, this is a place you should definitely visit. All of their products (I would say at least 100!) are made on site daily at this dedicated gluten-free facility.

Sunny Valley Wheat Free is soooo worth the trip out to Maple Valley.

Ajax, Whoops! You are so right - now it says Maple Valley. I guess I was thinking Haley's Corner Bakery - I go to both on the same trip.

Thanks for making a pizza that is both gluten-free and vegan. The pizza was delicious. The cheese was great. I'd love to see some vegan and gluten free or vegan meat analogues in the future.

Only comment is that the crust was a bit hard and crunchy. Is there any way to get not as crunchy of a crust?

Thank you for making it easier for vegans and gluten-free people. We really appreciate it.

Amy, Thanks for the comment. If we knew which crust you tried, it would be a lot easier to comment. If it was the Kinnikinnick crust, that could be done by cooking it a bit less (by request). If it was the Ener-g curst, the crust tends to be hard and crunchy because it is yeast free.
