Gluten Free Pizza

We are proud to bring you Gluten Free Pizza. When we first started gluten free pizza we used par baked crusts from Kinnikinnick Foods in Canada. We originally sampled 3 crusts and our taste testers picked this as the tastiest and best crust to hold up in a box.   Kinnikinnick change their formula so we have switched to several different crusts.

Our mini (7″) and small (10″) crusts are from Sunny Valley Wheat Free.  For our 14″ Gluten Free crusts, there are 2 to choose from, a thin crust from Still riding Pizza and a thick crust from Haley’s Corner Bakery.  All of these products are dairy and free.  The Sunny Valley crusts contain gelatin and the Still Riding crusts contain eggs.  The Haley’s Corner crust is vegan.

In addition, we have a Gluten, Egg, Yeast and Dairy free crust from Ener-G foods in mini and small sizes.

We have the Kinnikinnick and Ener-G crusts available in Retail Packs, so you can take them home and use them in your day to day cooking.
