For our Customers with milk allergies and our vegetarian customers, we have 2 Soy Cheeses. Both taste very much like our real mozzarella cheese.

Soy Station which has casein is a product that Pizza Works has used for years and most lactose of our intolerant customers enjoy this product with no adverse effects.  The casein helps this melt much like real cheese.

Vegan Gourmet is a casein free product and a true vegan cheese alternative.  It doesn’t melt quite the same as Soy Station, but is a great product for our casein sensitive and vegan customers.
